We had such a fantastic time at this hotel, especially with the amazing staff and exceptional food offerings. The kids loved the breakfast and the leisure facilities were enjoyable. However, there were a couple of drawbacks, such as the inconsistent room conditions and a pool area that could use better upkeep. Overall, it's a family-friendly spot, but a few areas need improvement.

However, the dining options were quite disappointing, especially the breakfast, which did not meet expectations. The service could be more efficient during busy times as well.

I had a lovely one-night stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was bustling with families, but the staff managed to make everything feel warm and welcoming. The dining experience was fantastic, with delicious meals and a variety of options to choose from. However, some amenities like handsoap in restrooms were lacking, and the room temperature was a consistent issue during my stay, which was disappointing considering everything else was enjoyable.

The room was very spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable space to relax. The large tub was a bonus, although I had trouble regulating the temperature.

5.4/10
My family had a very mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff were genuinely helpful and did their best to make our stay enjoyable, the rooms and dining left a lot to be desired. The breakfast was often cold and the food quality at the restaurant just wasn't up to par. It's a shame because the family-friendly amenities and activities were great, but they were overshadowed by some significant issues during our visit.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were in desperate need of refurbishment; they felt outdated and uncomfortable.
Service

The staff, especially Richard and Anna, were truly lovely and did everything to assist us, but the overall management failed to address significant issues.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located near Tayto Park, making it a great spot for families heading to the park.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a particular low point, with cold breakfast options and overcooked lunch dishes. Not worth the price we paid.
Facilities
5.0
While the leisure facilities had potential, they really needed better maintenance and attention to detail.
